Writing: Diary and Journal Writing

In this activity, students practice and read each others diary entries. Students read the entries as if it were 100 years later. Next, they underline words and phrases describing what life was like as a child or teen in 2013. Website links include E-diaries which describe schoolchildren's trips to historical sites.
